ASoC: fixes for 3.4
A bunch of driver-specific fixes and one generic fix for the new support for platform DAPM contexts - we were picking the wrong default for the idle_bias_off setting which was meaning we weren't actually achieving any useful runtime PM on platform devices.

Merge branch 'for-3.5' of ../cgroup into block/for-3.5/core-merged
cgroup/for-3.5 contains the following changes which blk-cgroup needs to proceed with the on-going cleanup.
* Dynamic addition and removal of cftypes to make config/stat file handling modular for policies.
* cgroup removal update to not wait for css references to drain to fix blkcg removal hang caused by cfq caching cfqgs.
Pull in cgroup/for-3.5 into block/for-3.5/core. This causes the following conflicts in block/blk-cgroup.c.
* 761b3ef50e "cgroup: remove cgroup_subsys argument from callbacks" conflicts with blkiocg_pre_destroy() addition and blkiocg_attach() removal. Resolved by removing @subsys from all subsys methods.
* 676f7c8f84 "cgroup: relocate cftype and cgroup_subsys definitions in controllers" conflicts with ->pre_destroy() and ->attach() updates and removal of modular config. Resolved by dropping forward declarations of the methods and applying updates to the relocated blkio_subsys.
* 4baf6e3325 "cgroup: convert all non-memcg controllers to the new cftype interface" builds upon the previous item. Resolved by adding ->base_cftypes to the relocated blkio_subsys.

Pull ext4 updates for 3.4 from Ted Ts'o: "Ext4 commits for 3.3 merge window; mostly cleanups and bug fixes
The changes to export dirty_writeback_interval are from Artem's s_dirt cleanup patch series. The same is true of the change to remove the s_dirt helper functions which never got used by anyone in-tree. I've run these changes by Al Viro, and am carrying them so that Artem can more easily fix up the rest of the file systems during the next merge window. (Originally we had hopped to remove the use of s_dirt from ext4 during this merge window, but his patches had some bugs, so I ultimately ended dropping them from the ext4 tree.)"

jbd2: issue cache flush after checkpointing even with internal journal
When we reach jbd2_cleanup_journal_tail(), there is no guarantee that checkpointed buffers are on a stable storage - especially if buffers were written out by jbd2_log_do_checkpoint(), they are likely to be only in disk's caches. Thus when we update journal superblock effectively removing old transaction from journal, this write of superblock can get to stable storage before those checkpointed buffers which can result in filesystem corruption after a crash. Thus we must unconditionally issue a cache flush before we update journal superblock in these cases.
A similar problem can also occur if journal superblock is written only in disk's caches, other transaction starts reusing space of the transaction cleaned from the log and power failure happens. Subsequent journal replay would still try to replay the old transaction but some of it's blocks may be already overwritten by the new transaction. For this reason we must use WRITE_FUA when updating log tail and we must first write new log tail to disk and update in-memory information only after that.

dc91c728fd "xen: allow extra memory to be in multiple regions" 24aa07882b "memblock, x86: Replace memblock_x86_reserve/free..."
conflicted on xen_add_extra_mem() updates. The resolution is trivial as the latter just want to replace memblock_x86_reserve_range() with memblock_reserve().
* drivers/pci/intel-iommu.c
166e9278a3f "x86/ia64: intel-iommu: move to drivers/iommu/" 5dfe8660a3d "bootmem: Replace work_with_active_regions() with..."
conflicted as the former moved the file under drivers/iommu/. Resolved by applying the chnages from the latter on the moved file.
* mm/Kconfig
6661672053a "memblock: add NO_BOOTMEM config symbol" c378ddd53f9 "memblock, x86: Make ARCH_DISCARD_MEMBLOCK a config option"
conflicted trivially. Both added config options. Just letting both add their own options resolves the conflict.
* mm/memblock.c
d1f0ece6cdc "mm/memblock.c: small function definition fixes" ed7b56a799c "memblock: Remove memblock_memory_can_coalesce()"
confliected. The former updates function removed by the latter. Resolution is trivial.
